Roger first started practising as a lawyer in 1989. He became a member of the South Australian Independent Bar Association in 1994 where he was nominated Honorary Secretary of that organisation over a period of five years.

During Roger’s legal career he has been highly successful in acting for and against large multinational and national corporations, Australian Government Instrumentalities, as well as private corporations and individuals.
His main areas of practice are in commercial, civil and corporate litigation. He generally but not exclusively practices as counsel appearing in commercial, contract, corporation, employment, inheritance and taxation litigation.
Roger is fearless in his practice of the law. No case is too large or too small. No client’s problem is less important than another. He prides himself in solving problems whatever the magnitude using carefully tailored approaches, whether they involve traditional focused legal thinking or strategic lateral thinking outside of the square.
